The Boeing Company is currently seeking an **Experienced Contract Management Specialist** to join the team in **Saint Charles, MO** .

Our Direct Attack (DA) team is at the forefront of developing and managing cutting-edge defense solutions that protect and empower our warfighters worldwide. Position Responsibilities:

+ Lead the management and administration of complex contracts, including negotiation, execution, and closeout

+ Ensure compliance with federal acquisition regulations, Boeing policies, and customer requirements

+ Analyze contract terms and conditions to identify risks and opportunities; develop mitigation strategies

+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support proposal development, contract modifications, and claims

+ Provide expert guidance on contract interpretation, pricing, and performance metrics

+ Monitor contract performance and deliverables to ensure alignment with program objectives

+ Support audits and reviews by internal and external agencies

+ Mentor and guide junior contract specialists to enhance team capabilities

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ 3+ years of experience building, developing and maintaining customer relationships

+ 3+ years of experience in business related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ Bachelor’s Degree or higher

+ Experience with International contracts

+ 3+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $78,200 – $105,800
