Description of Key Responsibility:
+ Exercise leadership in supporting and implementing the goals and objectives of the College of Arts and Sciences through administration and organizational functions. Prioritize responsibilities within a high‐volume work area.
+ Support Fine Arts Department Chairs with audition processes including coordinating dates with financial aid staff, reserving spaces via Coursedog, collaborating with admissions team to market dates to prospective students, and scheduling and confirming dates with students.
+ Support Fine and Performing Arts Department Chairs in the Coordinating, organzing, and/or staffing off-campus recruitment events.
+ Collaborate with Financial Aid to track renewable student scholarships in the fine and performing arts.
+ Maintain Box folder for Art and Design scholarship applicants (renewable and prospective).
+ Coordinate with Camps and Conferences on the sharing of performance spaces and equipment.
+ Partner with CAS academic assistants to coordinate the execution and promotion of productions, concerts, and gallery shows with student designers; social media promotion of events and programs as a whole.
+ Work with the Box Office and the offices of Fine Arts, Development, and Corporate and Foundation Partnerships to secure sponsorship for CAS -related fine and performing arts programming.
+ Provide guidance and support toward the establishment and maintenance of performance and public relations archives; matinain instrument inventories; and help to gather and maintain lists of internship resources for students.
+ Coordinate with academic assistants and department chairpersons to ensure timely and accurate communication through program websites and social media channels.
+ Other duties and responsibilities as appropriately assigned.

+ Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous quality improvement.
Education/Training:
An associate’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
Experience:
A minimum of two (2) years in an administrative support role required.
Position Summary:
To provide administrative assistance and related support to the operations and services of the following departments within the College of Arts and Sciences: Art and Design; Theatre; Music.
