As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at this automotive location, you will play a vital role in creating a secure environment by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a strong presence throughout the property. Your responsibilities will include monitoring assigned areas, responding to security-related incidents, and assisting employees and visitors with professionalism and courtesy. What You’ll Do:

+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter of the automotive location to help to deter unauthorized activity.

+ Observe and report any unusual activities or security-related incidents encountered during patrols.

+ Communicate clearly with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and/or emergency responders as required.

+ Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits at the location.

+ Document daily activities and security-related incidents according to Allied Universal policies.

What We’re Looking For:

+ Availability across various days and shifts

+ Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

+ A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

+ Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

+ A valid security guard card or license is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ A valid driver’s license is required and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
