As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to create a secure environment within a dynamic healthcare location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the facility, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that may arise. You will interact with staff, patients, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication to support a welcoming atmosphere. What You’ll Do:

+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations within the healthcare location in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential issues.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

+ Assist staff, patients, and visitors by providing directions and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.

+ Support access control procedures and monitor entrances and exits to help maintain a secure environment within the healthcare location.

+ Document all incidents and activities according to site-specific protocols and Allied Universal standards.

What We’re Looking For:

+ Availability across various days and shifts

+ Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

+ A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

+ Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

+ Must be at least 21 years of age.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
