Our client, a leader in aerospace and defense technology, is seeking an Aerospace Navigation Systems Engineer to join their team. As an Aerospace Navigation Systems Engineer, you will be part of the Systems Engineering Department supporting innovative projects that enhance navigation accuracy and system reliability. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, collaborative spirit, and a passion for advancing aerospace technology, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Aerospace Navigation Systems Engineer

**Location:** Clearwater, FL

Pay Range: $68/hr DOE plus benefits

What's the Job?

+ Facilitate the design and development of advanced navigation systems, including hardware and software components

+ Provide successful execution of complex engineering projects related to inertial navigation and sensor integration

+ Guide the deployment and configuration of navigation systems, ensuring proper installation, rigorous testing, and optimal performance

+ Offer technical guidance in troubleshooting system issues, minimizing downtime, and maintaining operational integrity

+ Collaborate within cross-functional teams on requirements analysis, technical solution development, and system verification testing

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics from an accredited institution

+ 7+ years of experience in systems engineering and project guidance within aerospace or related fields

+ Comprehensive knowledge of systems integration, troubleshooting, and implementation

+ Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
