    Overview

     

    Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently seeking a Urologist to support operations at the  Fresno Va Medical Center located at 2615 East Clinton Avenue, Fresno, CA 93703. The schedule is typically Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm with call. Full-time and Locum Tenens positions with generous compensation packages are available.     Responsibilities

    + Provide clinical urology services, including surgeries, outpatient/inpatient consultations, cystoscopies, and related procedures.

    + Pre-op, post-op, follow-up care, and emergency urological consultations.

    + Specialty exams (e.g., compensation and pension, agent orange) for urological conditions.

    + Communicate test results to patients/providers per VA policy.

    + Discharge education and follow-up coordination.

    + Progress notes, surgery scheduling, morbidity & mortality meetings (weekly), staff meetings (monthly).

    + Quality assurance and improvement documentation.

    + Patient safety compliance and incident reporting.

    Qualifications

    + Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any U.S. state/territory.

    + Must be Board Certified by the American Board of Urology (ABU).

    + Current AHA BLS and ACLS certification required.

    + Must have actively practiced general urology for the past two years.

    + NPI report printout

    + Active DEA license

    + Must be able to pass a federal background investigation

    All candidates must be able to:

    + Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift

    + Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist

    + Lift up to 20 lbs

    + Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance

    + Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
