We’re Hiring: Quality Assurance Technician

Full-Time: Mon-Fri / 6:45am-3:30pm

Pay rate: $17.60-19/hr

**Weekly Perfect Attendance Incentive Bonus of $0.75/hr, added to your check!

Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for making sure things are done right the first time? We’re looking for a **Quality Assurance Technician** to help ensure our products meet the highest standards. In this role, you’ll perform inspections, run tests, support quality projects, and play a key role in keeping our processes running smoothly and accurately.

What You’ll Do:

+ Perform incoming inspections and record results

+ Conduct manual and automated quality checks

+ Inspect, test, measure, and sort materials/products for defects

+ Assist in creating and updating work instructions and SOPs

+ Support disposition of non-conforming products

+ Audit processes to meet internal and ISO 9001 requirements

+ Participate in quality improvement and lean initiatives

+ Help calibrate testing equipment and maintain quality tools

+ Communicate quality concerns and support corrective actions

+ Contribute to department and company-wide quality goals

What We’re Looking For:

+ Associate’s degree or 1–3 years of related experience (degree + experience preferred)

+ Strong mechanical, technical, and math skills

+ Familiarity with quality assurance tools, techniques, and processes

+ Able to read and interpret blueprints/drawings

+ Experience with comparators, calipers, micrometers, or other quality tools (preferred)

+ Proficiency in Microsoft 365; Excel and MRP/ERP knowledge a plus

+ Excellent problem-solving, observation, and analytical skills

+ Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in spotting potential issues

+ Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
