Our client is seeking a Data Analyst to join their dedicated team. As a Data Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Data Support Department, collaborating with various teams to drive data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will enable you to thrive within the organization.

What's the Job?

+ Gather, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

+ Collaborate with business units to understand data needs and deliver actionable recommendations.

+ Identify data-related process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.

+ Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards through effective data governance.

+ Develop reports and visualizations to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

+ At least 2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.

+ Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

+ Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.

+ Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
