Our client is seeking a Prepared Food Associate to join their team. The Prepared Foods Associate plays a vital role in delivering high-quality prepared foods and exceptional service to customers. This position supports daily operations including food preparation, sanitation, stocking, and customer interaction.

Job Title: Prepared Food Associate

Pay Range: $20 hourly

What’s the Job?

+ Prepare, package, label and stage food items in accordance with brand and safety standards.

+ Set up, stock, and maintain displays and workstations with necessary supplies.

+ Greet and assist customers in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, utensils, and equipment.

+ Rotate inventory, check expiration dates, and manage waste to minimize loss.

+ Perform opening and closing tasks, including temperature logs and prep lists.

What’s Needed?

+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

+ Prior experience in food service or retail is a plus.

+ Must obtain and maintain ServSafe Food Handler certification within 30 days of hire.

+ Ability to follow recipes, procedures, and food safety guidelines.

+ Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
