Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Job Description
The role specializes in the fabrication, assembly, and testing of electronic systems and wiring harnesses. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in electronics assembly, wire harness fabrication, or industrial manufacturing.
Responsibilities
+ Fabricate, assemble, and install electronic modules and wire harnesses on the shop floor.
+ Operate shop machinery and hand tools to meet production standards.
+ Interpret manufacturing orders, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
+ Support process improvement initiatives and maintain strict adherence to quality management systems (QMS) and 5S standards.
+ Inspect finished products for conformance to manufacturing specifications.
+ Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize workflow and reduce defects.
+ Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of electrical modules as needed.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in electronics/avionics assembly.
+ Proficiency in blueprint reading, wiring harness fabrication, soldering, crimping, and control panel building.
+ Ability to use shop machinery and hand tools.
+ Knowledge in electronic assembly, wire harness, electrical assembly, crimping, soldering, and schematic interpretation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in mechanical assembly and wiring.
+ Understanding of manufacturing specifications and quality standards.
+ Ability to collaborate with engineering and production teams.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Sacramento, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $36.00/hr.
