Job Title: Soldering Technician

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Soldering Technician responsible for installing small components onto circuit boards for final assembly and testing. The role involves surface mount soldering of circuit boards and hand soldering of electronic parts, wires.

Responsibilities

+ Install small components onto circuit boards for final assembly and testing.

+ Perform surface mount soldering of circuit boards.

+ Hand solder electronic parts such as resistors and capacitors onto boards.

+ Work with electronic parts, wires.

Essential Skills

+ Basic soldering experience.

+ Ability to use a microscope.

+ Experience in electronic manufacturing and assembly.

+ Proficiency with surface mount technology.

+ Inspection skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Certified in soldering.

+ Component level and fine pitch soldering experience.

+ Experience with QFP and re-work is a plus.

Work Environment

Work in a smaller, climate-controlled environment with approximately 20 employees in the production and soldering area. The team-focused atmosphere ensures a collaborative and supportive work experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
