• Senior Project Architect

    Actalent (New York, NY)


    An Architecture firm with offices in New York, Georgia, and California is looking to add a Senior Project Architect to their Data Center Studio in NYC. This individual can work remotely anywhere within the US, however, quarterly visits to their office in NYC will be required.

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Lead various Data Center projects

    + Work with internal team members in NYC, Atlanta, and California

    + Travel to site visits and client meetings

    + Oversee drawings of ground-up buildings (projects can be anywhere from one story to a ten building campus)

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelors Degree in Architecture

    + Licensed Architect

    + 8+ years of professional experience

    + Data Center experience

    + Experience from concept through construction administration

    + Experience leading a team and meeting with clients

    + Proficiency in Revit, Procore, and Informa

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
