    Job Description:

    The Hematology and Oncology department at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center is seeking an Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) to join their growing team in a new practice in Londonderry, NH. This is a great opportunity to provide direct care and patient education as a member of a multidisciplinary team.

    Details:

    + Full-time; 40 hours/week

    + Responsible for multilevel care of patients

    + Team collaboration

    + Learning opportunities

    + Administrative responsibilities pertaining to patient care

    + Collaborates closely with the lead physician

    + Work/life balance

    Qualifications:

    + Graduate of a Master’s in Nursing program or a Physician Assistant program

    + Certification and current NP or PA license to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

    + BLS

    + DEA

    + MCSR
