A Seattle-based architecture firm is currently hiring for an Architectural Project Manager to lead affordable housing and mixed-use developments. This is a hybrid opportunity based in Seattle, WA, with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote. Candidates must reside near Seattle, WA upon applying, as relocation is not supported. This position requires 9+ years of experience in architecture project management and advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD—no training will be provided.
Pay – $90,000–$120,000 (Depending on years of experience, tenure, software proficiency, relevant project scope, and licensure status)
Location – Seattle, WA (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Schedule – Standard Monday–Friday (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
+ Lead all phases of affordable housing and community-focused architectural projects
+ Manage project schedules, budgets, and team coordination
+ Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle
+ Ensure high-quality design and documentation standards
Qualification Requirements:
+ 9+ years of experience in architecture project management
+ Advanced ArchiCAD proficiency (non-negotiable)
+ B.Arch or M.Arch from an accredited program
+ Licensed Architect (preferred but not required)
+ Familiarity with sustainable design practices (LEED, Passive House, energy modeling)
Disqualifiers:
+ Inability to work independently in ArchiCAD
+ No affordable housing project experience
+ Job-hoppy tenure
+ Less than 9 years of relevant experience
