Job Title: Manufacturing EngineerJob Description

Join a dynamic team as a Manufacturing Engineer where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing production processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about lean manufacturing and process optimization within a highly regulated industry.

Responsibilities

+ Participate in morning meetings to align with the value stream objectives.

+ Validate equipment to ensure compliance and functionality.

+ Support day-to-day operations by investigating non-conformances and addressing complaints.

+ Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and cell setup.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in SolidWorks.

+ Experience with design of experiments (DOE).

+ Proven track record in lean six sigma and continuous improvement initiatives.

+ Project management skills.

+ Experience in a medical device or highly regulated industry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Previous experience in a mechanical or industrial manufacturing environment.

+ Experience in a team-oriented environment.

+ Six Sigma Green Belt training is preferred.

+ Lean Manufacturing training is preferred.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Rahway, New Jersey.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
