About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Automation Technician to

support automated equipment across manufacturing lines. You’ll be hands-on with troubleshooting, implementation, and optimization—working alongside engineers, operators, and maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities

+ Support line implementation and automation setup

+ Troubleshoot issues with PLCs, HMI, barcode vision systems, and robotics

+ Ensure operators understand equipment functionality

+ Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes

+ Maintain a strong understanding of automation and manufacturing systems

What You Bring

+ Associate’s degree in Engineering Technology (EET, MET, Automation, etc.)

+ 3+ years working with automated manufacturing equipment

+ Experience with Automation Direct PLCs and Epson Robots

+ Skills in electrical systems, controls engineering, robotics, and factory support

Schedule & Perks

+ 2nd Shift: 7 PM–7 AM on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule

+ Weekly Hours: 36 hours one week, 48 the next

+ Contract Length: 12 months with potential to go permanent

+ Benefits: 80 hours PTO + 6 paid holidays

+ Overtime Available

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr.
