Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description
The role involves applying formal project management methodologies to ensure the professional execution of projects on schedule and within budget. The Project Manager will effectively manage exceptions and escalations as they arise.
Responsibilities
+ Apply formal project management methodologies to project execution.
+ Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
+ Manage exceptions and escalations effectively.
+ Develop and maintain project schedules and detailed project plans.
+ Create project scope statements and work packages.
+ Handle formal contract and change order communications.
+ Prepare resource plans and cost estimates.
+ Maintain risk and issues logs.
+ Produce status and exception reports.
Essential Skills
+ Project management and coordination.
+ Engineering and electromechanical engineering knowledge.
+ Proficiency in project scheduling and project scheduling software.
+ Experience with contract management and change orders.
+ Capability to develop resource management and allocation plans.
+ PMP certification or equivalent certification.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science, or equivalent technical education and certifications.
+ 5-10 years of experience in systems project management or systems management.
+ Project Management certification is desired.
+ Experience in supporting technical management.
+ Working knowledge of SAP (System Applications and Products).
+ ASQC CQE Certification.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Lowell, Massachusetts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
