    Job Description:

    As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations by utilizing your mechanical aptitude and technical skills. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines, ensuring they run efficiently and effectively.

    Responsibilities:

    + Operate machinery including Laser Welding Machines and Laser-Marking Machines.

    + Perform preventative maintenance on various on-site machines.

    + Read and interpret schematics and blueprints.

    + Follow detailed instructions and procedures for machine operation.

    + Calibrate and set up machines to ensure optimal performance.

    + Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

    Essential Skills:

    + Mechanical aptitude with 1-2 years of mechanical manufacturing experience.

    + Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.

    + Ability to interpret technical diagrams and schematics.

    + Strong mathematical skills for precise calculations.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    + 2-3 years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment is preferred.

    + Prior machine operation experience is ideal but not required.

    + A strong work ethic and the ability to adhere to trust-based policies.

    + Reliability and commitment to working a minimum of 8 hours per day.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
