Job Description

This **hybrid** role is perfect for a skilled HVAC professional ready to lead residential and light commercial installations while also managing service and maintenance tasks. Ideal candidates are those who take pride in doing things right the first time, enjoy mentoring others, and can handle a variety of HVAC projects with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

+ Lead installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems such as furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, ductwork, and controls.

+ Coordinate with crew members to ensure installations are safe, clean, and comply with code requirements.

+ Communicate effectively with office staff, customers, and inspectors to keep projects on track.

+ Complete installation paperwork and ensure clean, customer-ready setups.

+ Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience, with leadership or install lead experience preferred.

+ Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

+ Ability to read and interpret plans, blueprints, and technical specifications.

+ Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

+ Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.

+ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

+ EPA certification required; NATE certification or journeyman license a plus.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs regularly.

+ Capable of climbing ladders and working at heights.

+ Comfortable working in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces.

+ Able to work in varying weather conditions.

+ Reliable physical stamina to complete full days of hands-on work.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.
