Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 2nd shift (3 PM - 11 PM) or 3rd shift (11 PM - 7 AM). This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of production equipment, including corrugators, starch mixers, balers, shipping conveyors, dust collectors, and hydraulic/pneumatic components. We welcome candidates who are entry-level with an A.S. degree/diploma or 1-3 years of industry experience and offer training on unique machinery.

Responsibilities

+ Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment such as corrugators, starch mixers, and balers.

+ Work with shipping conveyors, dust collectors, and hydraulic/pneumatic components.

+ Perform preventive maintenance and electrical troubleshooting.

+ Utilize schematic and PLC troubleshooting skills.

Essential Skills

+ Strong mechanical and electrical skills.

+ Experience in troubleshooting and repair.

+ Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.

+ Ability to perform preventive maintenance.

+ Experience with schematics and PLC troubleshooting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Maintenance degree or 2-7 years of maintenance experience.

+ A.S. or Technical degree in maintenance is helpful.

+ Experience with PLCs and electrical components is beneficial.

+ Should have own tools.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.
