Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter who will be responsible for hanging and finishing drywall, patch work, framing work, and demolition tasks. The primary focus will be on Tenant Improvement projects as well as building out a self-perform team.

Responsibilities

+ Hang and finish drywall with precision and quality.

+ Perform patch work and framing tasks efficiently.

+ Conduct demolition work as required for various projects.

+ Contribute to Tenant Improvement projects and self-perform carpentry on new construction projects.

Essential Skills

+ 3+ years of experience in framing and drywall.

+ Proficiency in commercial construction.

+ OSHA10 certification.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with hospital construction is a plus.

+ Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs.

+ Valid Driver's License.

Work Environment

Work primarily involves different commercial projects focusing on Tenant Improvement or self-performing carpentry on new construction projects. The typical workweek consists of 40+ hours, Monday through Friday, with start times ranging from 4am to 6am, depending on the job site. Expect 8-10 hour workdays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
