Job Title: Production Manager

Seeking a Production Manager in Phoenix, Arizona.

The Production Manager leads and manages all operational aspects of the production line in a safe and efficient manner. He or she will collaborate with other shift and department managers and upper management to meet daily goals and create plans for production. They will serve as a role model on personal protective equipment, the safe handling of machinery and material, and on following company policies and quality processes.

The Ideal Candidate: Has previous experience with aluminum manufacturing processes, knowledge of or ability to learn aluminum standards, and the ability to understand machinery and get hands dirty.

Required: A minimum of 10 years management experience in a manufacturing environment; experience with lean manufacturing; a collaborative people person.

This is a typical day shift position with needed flexibility to attend to issues if they arise outside of normal business hours.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $48.08/hr.
