    **Location:** Omaha, NE

    **Type:** Contract to Hire

    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM (occasional Saturdays)

    A growing construction company is hiring **Skilled Laborers** to support utility and concrete projects. If you’ve got experience and want to get to work fast, this is a solid opportunity with **great pay** , **steady hours** , and **plenty of overtime** .

    Pay & Hours

    + **$18–$25/hour** , based on experience

    + **Weekly pay**

    + **Overtime available** , especially during rainy weeks

    Job Duties

    + Clean up job sites using shovels and hand tools

    + Set concrete forms for water chambers and underground utilities

    + Install water, sewer, and sanitary pipes

    + Perform heavy lifting and manual labor

    + Work with a crew to complete projects on time

    Requirements

    + 12+ months of recent construction experience

    + Able to lift 50–70 lbs regularly

    + Comfortable working outdoors in all weather

    + Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

    Preferred Experience

    + Pipe laying

    + Concrete work

    + Utility construction

    Work Environment

    + Outdoor construction sites with dirt, mud, and changing weather

    + Crews of 3–5 people including foreman/operator

    + Fast-paced, physical work

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $32.00/hr.
