Job Title: Residential Construction Superintendent

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day operations of 3–5 custom single-family home projects simultaneously. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of residential new construction, a strong command of scheduling, and the ability to manage subcontractors with precision and professionalism.

Responsibilities

+ Supervise all on-site construction activities for multiple custom home builds.

+ Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality execution of work.

+ Maintain and update construction schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.

+ Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, building codes, and safety standards.

+ Communicate effectively with homeowners, architects, engineers, and internal teams.

+ Manage site logistics, including deliveries, equipment, and materials.

+ Identify and resolve issues that may affect the construction timeline or quality.

+ Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and documentation.

Essential Skills

+ 5+ years of experience in residential construction, specifically in new custom home building.

+ Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.

+ Excellent organizational and time management skills.

+ Proficient in construction scheduling software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore, MS Project).

+ Strong leadership and communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ OSHA certification is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
