    Seeking Entry-Level Aerospace Assemblers – Fort Collins, CO

    + **1st Shift** | Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $19–$20/hr (DOE)

     

    Join a growing aerospace team and gain hands-on experience in precision assembly and testing. This is a great opportunity to build your skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment using cutting-edge tools and technology.

     

    • Key Responsibilities:

    + Assemble & Test: Build and calibrate small parts and complete units.

    + Tool Use: Operate hand and power tools to align, adjust, and fit components.

    + Quality & Certification: Follow work instructions, complete QA reports, and become task-certified.

    + Maintenance: Clean parts and maintain tools/equipment.

    + Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with peers and promote a positive work culture.

    + Additional (Santa Clarita site): Sort parts, perform final assembly, and mount units for testing.

    •️ Skills & Experience:

    + Electrical and mechanical assembly experience

    + Familiarity with automated testing

    + Proficient with hand/power tools

    + Blueprint reading (a plus)

    + Strong manual dexterity

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
