Job Title: Final Process Operator
Job Description
The Final Process Operator is responsible for conducting final inspections, labeling, packaging, and documentation of parts prior to shipment. This role ensures that finished goods meet customer quality standards and internal specifications. Final Process Operators serve a vital quality function and work closely with both production and quality teams to uphold performance and delivery goals.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct final inspections of parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
+ Label and package parts appropriately for shipment.
+ Document inspection results and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
+ Collaborate with production and quality teams to maintain performance and delivery goals.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in using inspection tools such as micrometers, CMM inspection equipment, and calipers.
+ Strong understanding of quality control and assurance processes.
+ Ability to perform final inspections and assembly tasks.
+ Experience with electromechanical assembly and quality assurance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school diploma or GED required.
+ Prior experience in a manufacturing or inspection role preferred.
+ Ability to read and interpret part labels, instructions, and inspection criteria.
+ Basic computer or tablet skills for documenting results and accessing specifications.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blacksburg, Virginia.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.20 - $21.20/hr.
