**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 6am - 6pm - Mandatory OT
**Location:** Minden, LA
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Shop Hand to support daily operations in a shop/warehouse environment. The Shop Hand will assist with general labor tasks, equipment handling, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role is ideal for someone who is safety-minded, reliable, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment.
• Perform general shop duties such as sweeping, cleaning, and organizing work areas.
• Support machine operators and technicians with basic tasks.
• Handle tools, parts, and supplies as directed.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.
Requirements:
• Previous general labor, warehouse, or shop experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
**Pay Details:** $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
