Responsibilities for a Senior Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:
+ Handle inbound provider calls related to claims, benefits, eligibility, and general inquiries.
+ Document call details accurately in the system for tracking and follow-up.
+ Meet daily performance metrics including Average Handle Time (AHT), quality, and adherence.
+ Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or team leads.
+ Provide empathetic and professional service to all callers.
+ Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on policies and procedures.
+ Mentor or shadow new team members when needed.
Candidates for Senior Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:
+ Candidates must reside in California.
+ Experience in healthcare customer service (provider-facing preferred).
+ Familiarity with claims processing, benefits, and eligibility.
+ Prior experience in a high-volume call center environment.
+ Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to navigate multiple systems and document efficiently.
+ High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism.
+ High School Diploma / GED (or higher).

**Pay Details:** $22.07 per hour
