• Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT or LMHC)

    We have a full time position available for a Mental Health Therapist in Hilton Head Island, SC. The Therapist works closely with the Clinical Director to ensure programmatic compliance as well as facilitates group and individual therapy sessions.

     

    _Responsibilities include but are not limited to:_

     

    Serve as a leader providing support, guidance, and direction to clinical team members.

     

    Serve as the clinical team leader in the absence of the Clinical Director.

     

    Help train and orient new clinical staff team members and maintain ongoing awareness of each staff members’ strengths and weaknesses.

     

    Suggest trainings that may benefit the development of the team for leadership consideration.

     

    Facilitate trainings, when appropriate, as requested.

     

    Facilitate clinical meetings, as requested.

     

    Audit charts and therapist performance, as indicated.

    _Qualifications:_

    Demonstrated computer proficiency.

     

    Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a behavioral health related field.

     

    Drug and alcohol certification through state board (CADC, CAADC, ADC, AADC or equivalent) strongly preferred.

     

    Professional clinical license (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT or equivalent) strongly preferred.

     

    Experience in substance use disorders treatment strongly preferred.

    This position offers:

    A base salary in the $75K range
