    Job Title: Data Analyst 1

     

    Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

     

    Rate: $** **40.82/hr.

    Duration: 10+ Months Contract (Temp to Hire)

    + The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets to help the organization make informed business decisions.

    + This role involves transforming data into actionable insights, developing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

    + The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with data tools and visualization techniques.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Data Collection & Management:

    + Gather, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

    + Business Support:

    + Collaborate with business units to understand data needs and deliver actionable recommendations.

    + Process Improvement:

    + Identify data-related process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.

    + Data Governance:

    + Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in data science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

    + 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or similar role.

    + Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

    + Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling.

    + Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

    + Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    + Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
