Job Description
Customer Service
Assessment of needs and eligibility
Follow up with customers
Data entry
Contacting customers for information
Providing support services
Clerical duties such as, emails, scanning, copies, calls
Post jobs in resource room
Cold calls to employers and businesses
Some driving
Education/Experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated customer service skills

**Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour
