Job Title: Shipper

**Pay:** $19hr paid weekly.

**Shift:** M-F 8:00am-430pm

**Location:** 7th St & Pinnacle Peak road, Phoenix, AZ.

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated shipper to help pick orders, box, package, shrink wrap, and palletize orders. You will be responsible for using a pallet jack and scan gun to verify the accuracy of picked orders against order forms.

Responsibilities

+ Pick orders accurately and efficiently.

+ Box, package, shrink wrap, and palletize orders.

+ Use a pallet jack and scan gun to manage inventory.

+ Verify orders and order forms for accuracy.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in shipping is a must.

+ Ability to maintain a positive attitude.

+ Able to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Strong attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 6+ months of experience in a warehouse setting with shipping, receiving, inventory, or stocking.

+ Experience handling large orders and general labor tasks.

+ Familiarity with world ship, inventory management, and material handling.

+ Experience with equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.

+ Ability to read and write in English.

+ Basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.

+ Strong work ethic.

Work Environment

Work in a brand-new, air-conditioned warehouse with shifts from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The facility is equipped with modern technologies to support your daily tasks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
