Job Title: Distribution Manager

Job Description

This position is for a Warehouse Manager on the first shift, working primarily in a freezer environment. The role requires proficiency in operating a stand-up forklift and experience with WMS/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

+ Manage and oversee warehouse operations in a freezer environment.

+ Operate a stand-up forklift safely and efficiently.

+ Utilize WMS/ERP systems to track inventory and manage warehouse distribution.

+ Lead and mentor a team, fostering a productive and safe work environment.

+ Ensure effective inventory control and warehouse management practices.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in operating a stand-up forklift.

+ Experience with WMS/ERP systems.

+ 3-4 years of leadership experience in a warehouse setting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Forklift certification.

+ Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse distribution.

Work Environment

The position includes an office in a climate-controlled space, but also requires working in a -40 degree freezer environment at times. All necessary cold gear clothing will be provided to ensure your comfort and safety.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, Missouri.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $40.00/hr.
