Job Title: Production Worker

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Production Operator in our state-of-the-art foundry brake facility. As a Production Operator, you will work at the end of the machine line, conducting final inspections and performing spot checks with micrometers and calipers to ensure quality output. Once inspected, you will load and prepare the parts for delivery, maintaining a steady pace of 25-30 parts per hour.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Production/Machine Operator role.

+ Strong job tenure with a history of reliability and stability in previous roles.

+ 3+ years of manufacturing experience with demonstrated longevity.

+ Flexibility to work both 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with blueprint reading is advantageous.

+ Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.13 - $23.13/hr.
