    Job Title: Warehouse Customer Support Associate

    Job Description

    The Warehouse Customer Support Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and inventory within the warehouse environment. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and computer skills to manage inventory control using RF Guns and effectively communicate with multiple departments to maintain synchronized inventory levels.

    Responsibilities

    + Fulfill work orders by pulling parts using RF Guns for inventory control.

    + Collaborate closely with Production Control, Production, Material Planning, and other departments to ensure SAP and actual inventories are always in sync and materials flow smoothly.

    + Conduct cycle counting and ensure accurate material stocking.

    + Ensure materials are correctly allocated for Repair Orders and Sales Orders.

    + Work cross-functionally to fulfill parts orders for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations.

    Essential Skills

    + Strong computer skills.

    + Experience with warehouse management systems, SAP, ERP systems, Oracle, and related software.

    + Proficiency in data entry, inventory control, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office.

    + Previous warehouse experience and good understanding of warehouse safety regulations.

    + Good communication and organizational skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High school diploma or GED.

    + Physical dexterity and experience operating warehouse equipment.

    The role is based in a warehouse environment, requiring adherence to safety regulations. You will work with advanced inventory software programs and handle shipping and receiving tasks.

    This is a Contract position based out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
