Job Summary and Responsibilities

Serves as Interdisciplinary team leader providing the coordination of services, discharge planning and support to patients and families at Barrow Rehabilitation Center in order to facilitate successful adjustment to disability and to effectively utilize available resources throughout the lifespan of the individual.

Job Requirements

Minimum:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Master's in Social Work from an accredited university required

AZ RN license

Job-related experience required.

Preferred:

Four years experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.

For RN; prefer CRRN.

Pay Range

$39.18 - $58.28 /hour
