Description

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee and optimize the financial operations of our client's organization. This leadership role involves managing key accounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and driving strategic planning through accurate reporting and analysis. Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all financial and accounting activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Manage cash flow, debt, and risk to ensure organizational stability and compliance.

• Oversee purchasing, accounts payable, payroll, and benefits to maintain operational efficiency.

• Direct physician compensation processes to align with organizational goals and standards.

• Coordinate and execute month-end close procedures to ensure timely and accurate financial statements.

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to support financial integrity.

• Prepare and review journal entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

• Facilitate financial statement audits by collaborating with external auditors and providing necessary documentation.

• Monitor and enhance the hospital revenue cycle to optimize financial performance and collections.

Requirements • At least 10 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management.

• Expertise in month-end close procedures and general ledger maintenance.

• Strong knowledge of financial statement audits and account reconciliation.

• Proven ability to prepare and review journal entries with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with hospital revenue cycle processes and optimization.

• Exceptional analytical and organizational skills to manage complex financial operations.

• Proficiency in financial reporting and compliance with accounting regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
