Description We are looking for detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerks to join our team in St. Cloud, Minnesota. In this long-term contract position, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating product data in company software systems. This is an excellent opportunity to bring your data entry expertise to a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Enter product details into company software systems with accuracy and efficiency.

• Update and maintain product information to ensure data integrity.

• Verify and cross-check data entries for errors or inconsistencies.

• Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and resolve data-related issues.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.

• Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry tasks.

• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of assignments.

• Report any system issues or data inaccuracies to the appropriate personnel.

• Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed to support team operations. Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in a data entry role or similar position.

• Proficiency in using data entry software and tools, including numeric and alphanumeric input.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent accuracy in handling data.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and other basic computer applications.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining data confidentiality.
