Description We are looking for a Senior Accountant to lead treasury operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective cash management, liquidity planning, debt compliance, and treasury accounting. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting global operations, overseeing financial processes, and driving improvements while maintaining strong internal controls.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cash positioning and ensure sufficient liquidity across domestic and international entities.

• Develop and analyze short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts, recommending actionable strategies based on variances.

• Perform treasury month-end close processes, including creating journal entries and reconciling accounts.

• Manage banking relationships to optimize transaction efficiency and ensure compliance with debt covenants.

• Supervise intercompany loans, foreign exchange transactions, and hedging activities with accurate accounting and reporting.

• Prepare treasury-related financial reports for management and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with auditors on treasury-related matters and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.

• Identify opportunities to streamline treasury workflows and implement process improvements.

• Support automation initiatives to enhance efficiency in treasury operations.

• Partner with procurement and supply chain teams to assess cash impacts of business decisions. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• At least 5–7 years of progressive experience in accounting or treasury, with 2 years in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

• Strong expertise in cash flow management, debt compliance, and foreign exchange/hedging strategies.

• Proficiency in enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools, with advanced Excel skills.

• Familiarity with supply chain finance, trade credit, or international treasury operations is preferred.

• Exceptional analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication abilities.

• Experience with treasury management systems and process automation initiatives is advantageous.
