• IT Support Specialist

    Description

    We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a dedicated, on-site IT Support Specialist. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach to provide Tier 3 level technical support in a fully cloud-driven environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide dependable on-site IT support, Monday through Friday, ensuring consistent 8-hour daily coverage.

    + Diagnose and resolve complex Tier 3 technical issues across diverse computing environments, including PCs and occasionally Macs.

    + Address connectivity challenges related to cloud access, VPNs, and Microsoft Tenant systems.

    + Administer and maintain Microsoft technologies such as O365, SharePoint, Exchange, Intune, and EntraID.

    + Handle user lifecycle tasks, including onboarding and offboarding processes within EntraID.

    + Enforce security protocols and policies by leveraging Intune MDM for device management.

    + Support network configurations and troubleshoot issues involving subnetting, VLANs, switches, and firewalls; expertise with Ubiquiti hardware is advantageous.

    Requirements

    + 3-5 years of hands-on experience with the Microsoft suite (O365, SharePoint, Exchange, Intune, EntraID).

    + Familiarity with Azure (e.g., virtual machines and appliances) is a plus but not mandatory.

    + Strong networking knowledge, including subnetting, VLANs, and networking components.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.

    + Customer-focused with strong people skills and a professional demeanor.
