    Responsibilities of an Adjunct Instructor

     

    + Lead students in college algebra lessons based on Lincoln Tech's established curricula

    + Maintain a focused and engaging learning environment

    + Monitor and evaluate student performance

    + Provide encouragement and support to help students meet their academic goals

     

    Requirements of an Adjunct Instructor

     

    + Master's degree

    + At least 15 credit hours in Math

    + Excellent interpersonal skills

    + Attention to detail and a passion for quality

    + Strong communication skills along with the ability to create a positive learning experience for our students

    + Flexible work hours - day and evening classes offered
