Job Description:
PROJECT/TASK MANAGER
The ideal candidate must be detail oriented and manage priorities across multiple data sets in a fast paced environment. Candidate must effectively interact with customer personal at all levels of the organization. The candidate should be able to track multiple ongoing projects, while possessing strong written and oral communications skills, to ensure stakeholders are fully appraised of ongoing project status. The candidate will need to work independently to accomplish tasks, while working with a team to ensure full end to end data transport and processing. The candidate should also identify recommendations for process improvement and effectively work with the process owner to identify efficiencies, while maintaining positive relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Transport media loading, ensuring that media from various systems are efficiently dispositioned
+ Troubleshooting media transfers to ensure customer mission requirements are met
+ Develop and manage operational procedures, environmental management and overall database health
+ Formulate policy, procedures, standards relating to database management
+ Maintain security and integrity controls
+ Monitor transaction activity
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.
REQUIRED** **QUALIFICATIONS
+ Manage data movement from OCONUS to CONUS.
+ Convert data into indigestible forms for tools.
+ Move data within folders to ensure data availability and processing.
+ Must effectively maintain formal communications and provide highlights, as appropriate; draft/coordinate responses and approvals for technical operations; and maintain knowledge of multiple customer systems.
+ Be available for call-in during off-hours/weekends to load immediate data.

The likely salary range for this position is $97,750 - $132,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
