    • What You’ll Do

    As our Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for:

    + Processing vendor invoices and managing payment cycles with accuracy and efficiency

    + Handling data entry and maintaining organized financial records

    + Ensuring timely payments and resolving discrepancies

    + Using Microsoft Office tools to support accounting and invoicing functions

    + Collaborating with internal teams to maintain smooth financial operations

    • What You Bring

    + Proven experience in accounts payable and invoice processing

    + Strong data entry skills and attention to detail

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

    + Background in accounting or a related field preferred

    + Ability to work independently in a structured, professional environment

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $48.00/hr.
