    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all HR functions within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

    Responsibilities

    + Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.

    + Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

    + Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.

    + Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.

    + Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements.

    + Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.

    + Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.

    + Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

    + Collaborate with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.

    + Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management.

    + Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

    + Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lexington, Kentucky.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $115000.00/hr.
