Education

Bachelor's Degree Nursing Req

Experience

2 Years nursing experience Req

Licenses and Certifications

RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Req And

CWCN - Certified Wound Care Nurse 6 Months Req Or

CWON - Certified Wound Ostomy Nurse 6 Months Req Or

CWOCN - Certified Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse 6 Months Req And

BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Req And

CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training 60 Days Pref

Skills
