Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join a construction firm. This role offers a great company culture within a professional office setting. In addition, this role is seeking someone who is looking for career advancement and opportunities for ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

+ Process accounts payable and manage invoice processing efficiently.

+ Handle data entry tasks related to invoicing and accounts payable.

+ Utilize Microsoft Office for accounting and invoicing functions.

+ Ensure timely and accurate payment of accounts.

+ Utilizing the Accounting ERP System to track data.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in accounting or a related field is preferred.

+ Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.

+ Proficiency in accounts payable management.

+ Experience with invoice processing and data entry.

+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Work Environment

The role is fully on-site, operating within a cubicle environment. Men are required to wear a shirt and tie every day. The office is professional, offering a conducive work atmosphere.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Permanent position based out of Farmington, Connecticut.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
