What You’ll Do:

+ Deliver top-tier customer service via phone and online chat

+ Assist with account creation, password resets, and document uploads

+ Answer general inquiries and help customers manage their accounts

+ Verify eligibility for coverage and review healthcare options

+ Troubleshoot issues and find creative solutions to customer problems

+ Accurately input customer data and perform administrative tasks

+ Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and procedures

+ Complete training and certifications with a commitment to excellence

What We’re Looking For:

+ Strong customer service skills from call center, retail, hospitality, or food service backgrounds

+ Recent work history with no major gaps in employment

+ Ability to follow workflow processes and company policies

+ Professional, productive, and genuinely helpful attitude

+ Comfortable troubleshooting basic tech issues while working remotely

+ Bilingual skills and healthcare experience are a plus!

Disqualifiers:

+ Short or vague responses during interviews

+ Difficulty understanding structured processes or policies

+ Lack of professionalism or interest in helping others

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
