    Job Title: Call Center Representative – Insurance (Contract-to-Hire)

    Work Schedule

    + Training: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–4:30 PM

    + Regular Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (8-hour shifts within this window)

    + Candidates must have flexible availability between 7:30 AM–6:00 PM

    Job Responsibilities

    + Handle inbound calls from providers regarding member eligibility and claim status

    + Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a clear, professional manner

    + Assist with payments, policy changes, coverage explanations, and rate updates

    + Troubleshoot basic website issues and guide users

    + Document and escalate client issues as needed

    + Communicate missing or additional information requests

    + Support both Life & Health (L&H) and Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance inquiries

    Required Qualifications

    + Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

    + High School Diploma or GED

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Call center experience

    + Insurance or banking experience (e.g., Wells Fargo)

    + Property & Casualty experience

    + Bachelor’s Degree

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.31 - $17.31/hr.
