    MUST HAVE BANKING EXPERIENCE

    Requirements:

    Agile Expertise

     

    + Must be deeply familiar with Agile methodologies.

    + Ability to quickly adapt and contribute in an Agile environment.

    + Experience with tools like Jira and Clarity is highly preferred.

     

    Financial Domain Knowledge

     

    Understanding of financial products and services.

     

    Experience working with budgets ranging from $2M–$5M.

     

    Ability to work based on financial requirements and manage budget approvals.

     

    Product & Release Management

     

    + Strong product knowledge is essential.

    + Must be able to quickly grasp complex product details and contribute immediately.

    + Familiarity with release processes and managing releases end-to-end.

     

    Project & Process Management

     

    + Experience managing cross-functional teams and processes.

    + Ability to handle a high volume of user stories per sprint.

    + Strategic thinking around team management and delivery.

     

    Risk & Issue Management

     

    + Proactive in identifying and managing project risks.

    + Strong problem-solving skills to handle issues as they arise.

    Description

    Overview:

    Looking for a hands on Sr technology project manager able to work with multiple internal and external teams on complex projects. Ideal candidate would be a senior project manager with 10+ years PM experience in Banking/Financial Services, able to work easily with senior stakeholders, communicate effectively with executive leadership and also across all levels of the organization. Other qualities and responsibilities include:

    Self starter, senior level candidate, someone who can communicate effectively to stakeholders/teammates. Someone who can juggle multiple projects at once with high deliverable. Problem solver. Agile, cloud.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
