    The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, has an immediate opportunity for an Automotive Sales/Floor Manager with Rallye Acura! Seeking energetic, reliable and motivated individuals with automotive sales management experience to join our winning team! The ideal candidate is looking for a long-term position where they can utilize their automotive sales experience to engage with a luxury client base and be a part of an outstanding team with a proven track record of success!

    Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

    + Foster a customer-centered service philosophy and team approach by cooperating with all other departments and personnel.

    + Achieve a high level of repeat purchases from existing and new customers.

    + Serve as a role model on expert customer dealings.

    + Maintain ongoing communication with customers through direct phone calls, retail facility surveys, and retail facility sponsored customer events.

    + Achieve high ratings for customer satisfaction per Acura internal customer surveys and any other external measurements by being highly responsive to customer needs and speedily resolving customer problems and complaints.

    + Upgrade knowledge of Acura products and services and maintain professional and technical expertise by attending trade shows and/or educational programs, establishing personal networks, reviewing industry publications, and participating in professional societies.

    + Meet F&I penetration goals by actively promoting this service to customers. Develop and implement new programs as needed.

    + Increase retail facility business and Acura market share by developing and assisting the General Sales Manager with developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, advertising, merchandising, promotions, sales contests and by developing factory programs

    + Establish and adjust pricing by monitoring competition, and supply and demand.

    + Ensure correct handling of sales transactions by thoroughly training and monitoring sales staff.

    + Ensure regular use of sales prospecting, traffic control, and follow-up systems to increase retail facility business.

    + Maintain supply and support systems including literature, display materials, pricing references, and other materials to promote Acura product line.

    + Maintain strong relations with manufacturers and suppliers by following all program guidelines, warranties, bulletins, campaigns, etc., and making sure policies do not conflict with Acura practices.

    + Ensure safe and proper maintenance and use of physical resources including exterior display, parking, showroom area, display systems, and demonstrator vehicles.

    + Occasionally appraising vehicles.

    + Willing to accept additional or different tasks when circumstances change (e.g., emergencies, changes in personnel, work load, new technologies)

    PAY RANGE: $85,000 - $125,000 ANNUALLY (Pay Range Consists of Weekly Salary + Commission)

    Requirements

    + Current and valid Driver's License.

    + 5+ years of Acura/Honda sales experience preferred.

    + Excellent customer service experience.

    + Working knowledge or trainable in automotive retail center computer systems (CDK & Eleads strongly preferred).

    + Knowledgeable or trainable in VAuto.

    + Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills.

    + Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability.

    + Professional personal appearance.
